The Homes by Sawicki team was started by Eve in 2006 and has had a great track record. Felix joined her team after retiring from IBM three years ago.
While Eve and Felix are the primary team members and they are backed by a large cadre of Keller Williams Realty people so you will always have the support you deserve.
Eve's Bio
Eve has lived in St. Petersburg for thirteen years and has sold St. Petersburg real estate for the last eight. She brings a strong background in sales and marketing to her position, having worked with IBM in marketing management for many years. Eve earned the distinction of being awarded the Honor Society in 2011 and Silver Award in 2012 and is a member of a top team in her office based on her 2014 and 2015 attainment. Eve is married to Felix and has two children, Matt and Jennifer. Eve has obtained the Florida Military Specialist designation and is well versed in requirements for military housing, BAH, relocation and VA loans. Much of her business is referrals from past clients and she cherishes the opportunity to help people make intelligent financial decisions with their real estate purchases. Eve is also involved in the community, participating in board positions at a Tampa Preparatory School and in her Homeowners Association. She teaches test preparation part time for Kaplan including for the MCAT, LSAT, GRE, GMAT and SAT. Additionally Eve interviews candidates for Duke University during each admissions season.
Felix's Bio
Felix retired from IBM in 2012 after 34 years and joined Eve's established real estate business. During his years as a developer, systems engineer, development manager, and project exec he picked up skills and strengths that have added to our teams's abilities. His years as a project exec provided strengths in planning and problem solving which are often required in complex real estate transactions. His years as a developer and manager provide exceptional skills in both information technology and photography (photoshop, lightroom, etc.). Both of which are essential in marketing homes in this modern world.
